Hey YSL lovers -- I love both bags, but I really should only buy one. Trying to decide between these two: The Medium Envelope -- black. The small LouLou, black: I want something a little more structured and something I can toss around, but I do love the squishy leather of the Lou.
For just the essentials, the medium College, or small LouLou should be fine, but if you're looking to carry a bit more then definitely the medium LouLou. Also be aware that on the medium LouLou you can't take off the strap (vs. College), and it . I have the medium puffer in the cream color and i love it. Honestly it is not that big (i do like a big bag though) and does not feel like it is heavy. I always err on the side of a little too big than a little too small to be safe. The small and med sizes vary greatly! IMO, small is a good evening only - I think it looks funny during the day as a casual (I like the toy size better as a crossbody over the small). The medium is better for work, errands, casual attire, etc. .
