I have a 170mm wrist and i am not sure if 39 will be to big for me, or if it will look too massive on my wrist. The use or the rolex is casual and the times i put my suit on. Is there anyone her that have the same wrist size as me and could tell me your choices?

That's more than a 3mm difference in terms of how the watch sits on the wrist. If you want a Rolex, nothing but one will scratch that particular itch. I'd advise trying them both on after the lockdown. Beware that a white OP 39 will wear large. I'd say that visually, white wears ~1mm larger than black/dark blue/rhodium, especially on watches that are 'all dial' like the OP.
