I purchased the South Bank Besace a couple of months ago. Is it normal for the red leather on the underside of the strap to wrinkle? I know the leather is super soft and I've barely used it so I'm not sure. To store it, I tuck the strap in the bag with the zipper fully unzipped and have it in the dustbag the whole time.
